Policies at By the Sea Day Spa

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you silence your cell phone upon entering the spa. This ensures a distraction-free environment for you and others to fully relax and unwind.

For services exceeding $45 in value, a credit card is required to guarantee your booking. We recommend booking several weeks in advance for weekend appointments and spa packages to secure your preferred time.

We require 24 hours’ notice for canceling a single service and 72 hours’ notice for canceling multiple services. No-shows and late cancellations will incur a charge for the full amount of scheduled services to the provided credit card or gift card.

A non-refundable deposit of $25 per service is required for all new clients at the time of booking.

For groups of 3 or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. A 72-hour notice is necessary for cancellations of group bookings.

Gift Cards are available in dollar amounts only and cannot be used towards gratuities. Please contact our front desk with your Gift Card number to determine its value. We apologize, but lost Gift Cards cannot be replaced, and they are non-refundable.

Please note that our prices are subject to change without notice, and sales tax will be added to the listed prices at the time of service.

We no longer accept Spa Finder, Spa Wish, or Spa Week cards. Existing balances from these cards will be honored according to previous guidelines but cannot be used towards retail products, specials, spa packages, gratuities, or to purchase gift cards.

We advise arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. To respect the time of all our guests, we cannot extend services beyond their scheduled time. Late arrivals will receive the remaining scheduled service time and will be charged the full service fee.

For your peace of mind, please leave valuables at home as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or left behind.

We offer a 10% discount on full-priced services to active Military, Police, and Fire personnel with valid ID.

Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

For the comfort of all our guests, children are not permitted unless receiving services and must be accompanied by an adult. Minors (17 and under) receiving massage services must have guardian approval, with mandatory presence for those under 15.
